Psychotherapy, Hypnosis and Neurofeedback Practitioner

Steven Warner, PhD, has been a licensed psychologist in the state of Florida since 1986. A board-certified neurofeedback practitioner and Global Neurofeedback Instructor, Dr. Warner joined our practice in 2017 to supervise and guide the neurofeedback program. He currently provides psychotherapy, clinical hypnosis and neurofeedback services to adolescents, adults, and couples.

Dr. Warner is past director and co-founder of the Miami Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, which offered training and certification to professionals. He is also a past president and fellow of the Florida Society of Clinical Hypnosis; an approved consultant and instructor for the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis; and an assistant editor for the American Journal of Clinical Hypnosis. He received his Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling in 1976 from Northeastern University and his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Miami in 1986.

Dr. Warner has been married to Judy since 1975 and has two adult children and two wonderful grandchildren. He’s particularly passionate about teaching clinical hypnosis and neurofeedback and mentoring fellow health care professionals.
